摘要

馬來西亞及其快速老化的多元民族人口對於具文化針對性的失智症照護需求日益增加。本研究旨在探討運用1940至1980年代具文化相關性的華語音樂,進行現場音樂輔助懷舊治療團體的可行性,以支持三對有輕度認知衰退者(輕度認知障礙及輕度失智症)及其照顧者的馬來西亞華人個案。介入措施包含由專業單簧管四重奏進行單次60分鐘的活動。資料於基線期(活動前)、計畫結束後一週及四週後進行收集。評估工具包括神經精神病徵調查表(Neuropsychiatric Inventory Questionnaire)、扎里特照顧者負擔量表簡版(Zarit Burden Interview-Short)以及阿茲海默照護獲益量表(Gain in Alzheimer Care Instrument),分別用於評估神經精神症狀、照顧者負擔與照護獲益。量化資料採用可靠變化指數(reliable change indices)進行分析;質性資料則採用歸納主題分析法(inductive thematic analysis)處理半結構化的訪談內容。結果顯示,有兩對個案的神經精神症狀獲得改善,一對個案報告照顧者負擔減輕,另一對則報告照護獲益增加。關於計畫的影響,總共歸納出四個主題:(1)情緒改善與愉悅的回憶、(2)生活品質提升、(3)文化考量,以及(4)計畫結構的調整。本研究為馬來西亞推行現場的音樂輔助懷舊治療團體奠定了基礎,並指引出未來研究的方向。
